1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • All countries within the European Union (EU)
  • United States (excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses)

Note:

  • Shipping availability, delivery options, and applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Please note that delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country or region.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

1) For EU orders, we work with trusted local and international carriers.

2) For U.S. orders, we may use:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

DEWEL reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier based on product size, weight, warehouse location, and delivery address.

If certain items are temporarily out of stock at a local warehouse, your order may be shipped from an alternative fulfillment center to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may be delayed by an additional business day. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.
  • For pre-order items, delivery timelines are based on the product release schedule.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

For EU orders:

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over USD €40.00

For U.S. orders:

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over USD $50.00

Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur a standard shipping fee (displayed at checkout)

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

6. Taxes & Duties

1) European Union

  • Orders shipped within the EU are generally subject to VAT, which is calculated and included at checkout in accordance with EU regulations.
  • No additional customs duties are normally expected for EU deliveries. However, in rare cases, local authorities may request additional information or charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

2) United States

  • Shipments to the United States are delivered with duty and tax unpaid unless otherwise stated.
  • Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer in accordance with local regulations.

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

8. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your order.
  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

9. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will follow its standard redelivery policy.
  • Any additional redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

DEWEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Accidents
  • Labor disputes
  • Supply chain disruption
  • Force majeure events

11. If Your Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within 5 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Support team with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name

We will investigate the matter with the carrier and update you promptly.

If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service for verification.
