1. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
  

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).

3. Effects of Withdrawal

• If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
• Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
• Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  

4. Return of Goods

• You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
• You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective or incorrect.
  

5. Diminished Value of Goods

• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
  

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery
• Custom-made or personalized goods
• Goods which are clearly used beyond necessary inspection
