A3: We offer two adjustable size options:
34.5 cm – suitable for cats, puppies, and small dogs
25 inches – suitable for medium and large dogs
The collar can be adjusted to fit your pet’s neck, and any excess length can be trimmed.
4. Q4: What ingredients are used, and is the collar safe?

A4: The collar is made from TPE material infused with natural plant essential oils, including cinnamon, eucalyptus, lavender, lemon eucalyptus, and linaloe.
It contains no pharmaceutical ingredients and is designed for parasite prevention. Do not use if you or your pet are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
5. Q5: The collar smells strong at first. Is this normal?

A5: Yes. The collar has a noticeable citronella scent due to the natural essential oils. If the smell is too strong, place the collar in a cool, well-ventilated area for a few days before use.
If your pet shows signs of biting, allergy, irritation, or rash, remove the collar immediately and discontinue use.
