At Dewel, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy is designed in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and applies to customers located in the EU.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via email.

2. Extended Return Policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal right, Seisso voluntarily offers an extended 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

This extended return period is offered as a commercial policy and does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

⚠️ Returns must be requested and approved in advance.
Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Final sale items
  • Heavily discounted items (more than 20% OFF)

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference:
    → Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    → Seisso will cover the return shipping costs

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order separately.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return (whichever occurs first)

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer

8. Partial Returns & Promotions

If part of an order is returned:

  • Promotional eligibility may be recalculated
  • Refunds will be adjusted based on the revised order total
  • Price matching is not available.

9. Statutory Legal Guarantee (EU)

Under EU consumer law, goods must be in conformity with the contract. If a product is defective or non-conforming, consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund within the applicable legal guarantee period (up to 2 years, depending on local law).
