This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders shipped to the European Union and the United States. Return eligibility may vary depending on your shipping destination.
1. European Union – Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please Note:
- Refunds will include the product price and standard outbound shipping costs (if applicable), in accordance with EU law.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. United States – 7-Day Return Policy
For orders shipped to the United States, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Eligible Returns
- Item is unused, unworn, unwashed
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
If the return is not due to a quality issue:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We kindly ask customers to review product descriptions and specifications carefully before placing an order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (All Regions)
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photos or videos as proof.
If verified:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- A replacement or full refund will be offered
4. Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed items
- Damage caused by improper use
- Hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items (including items discounted over 20%, where indicated)

5. Voluntary Returns (After Applicable Period)
Returns requested after the applicable return window (EU 14 days / US 7 days) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Approval from customer service is required before returning any item.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except where required by law)
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer
- Returning part of an order may affect promotional eligibility, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly

- We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order separately.
